SHIPPING
We find shipping to USA is usually straight forward and hassle free. It takes 1-2 weeks for delivery.  However, we are not responsible for occasional extra taxes and delays at customs entry as each country has different systems beyond our control.  

RETURNS
Returns are accepted when an order is incorrect or arrives damaged. Please email us for approval and shipping instructions immediately. You have 10 days to return it.  you can choose either a replacement or a store credit.  We'll pay for the shipping both ways on approved returns.  We take care to package our products with the highest quality. If a package arrives damaged or looks like it has been opened, please take a photo and notify us immediately at mariana@LLANESJEWELZ.COM
